Specialists across the power-electronics chain.
YZPST Group was established in 2003 and consists of multiple manufacturers covering more than 30,000 square meters. Each company specializes in a particular technical field, including power semiconductor devices, capacitors, surge protective devices, litz wire and fuses.
Through decades of work in electronic components, the group has completed more than 300,000 business cases across 160 countries and regions, supported by over 500 employees.

Built on semiconductor physics and production experience.
Mr. Chunlin Zhang, also known as John Chang, studied Semiconductor Physics at Southeast University. After graduating in 1987, he served in senior executive roles at a state-owned enterprise and took charge of its first power-semiconductor production line introduced from GE.
He participated in the installation, preliminary testing and commissioning of the line until the products met GE data-sheet requirements and were exported to the United States in volume.
In 2003, he founded Yangzhou Positioning Tech Co., Ltd. with semiconductor-chip research and market development at its core. The company developed high-voltage diodes, thyristors, TRIACs, RCT devices, asymmetric thyristors, semiconductor modules and power assemblies under the YZPST and PST brands.
A broad component portfolio with focused technical depth.
YZPST develops and supplies component families across switching, conversion, protection, energy storage and high-frequency applications. OEM requirements are welcome.
